Our CrossFit Teens program incorporates functional movement with fun in a confidence building environment that they will absolutely love. Participants will improve their strength, coordination and flexibility while learning teamwork skills and developing a lifelong appreciation for health and fitness.

Our program is great for teens who play competitive sports looking for complimentary training or teens looking to simply get fit and strong.

CrossFit Teens is a method for teaching CrossFit to those under 18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Teens emphasizes good movement throughout adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on teen’s academic achievement.

The program is designed for ages 13-17 with varied experience levels and accounts for varied maturation status one can find in a class full of teens.
